Forza Horizon 3 PC: I have already unlocked 3rd festivals (level 10) and i have been playing for at least 3~4+ hours and my online feature is still locked.. Is this normal? If it is how much more do I have to play?.. Ps. I can use the auction.. already bought like 5+ cars from auction.
