For the first step go to your start button and on the search box type cmd and hit enter (you should run cmd.exe). Then you get this DOS like box. This is where you type ipconfig -flushdns (hit enter) and then type ipconfig -registerdns (hit enter and wait about 10 seconds). After this, and this step is what really did it for me, change your DNS
